Chair or table for your barre, yoga block if you have, and weights are always optional.
Optional: light weights, resistance bands and yoga block. Grab whatever you have!

Grab a chair or table. Option to add weights:, 1-2kgs max, water bottles or tins of food work too!
Optional: 1-2kgs dumbbells, resistance bands. No equipment is fine too!
Need: chair or table for your Barre.
Optional: yoga block, 1-2 kg dumbbells.
If you have: yoga block, pilates ball (or cushion), & 1-2kg dumbbells.
