How to Stay Motivated

During times when my motivation is running low in life, the last thing I want to do is work out.  But… I know how moving always makes me feel better, healthier, happier, more positive.

So I got for the “Less is Best” approach.

In the ALL or NOTHING world we live in, where if you are going to be fit, you better be super fit (lifting tires and useful things like this). 

Maybe this sounds lazy but I’m enjoying the middle lane these days.
And sometimes just getting the job done,
in this case, my workout, is more than enough.
It doesn’t have to be the hardest, the longest, the most epic.. it just has to happen.

So join me. Let’s go for a gentle walk, lets just move to feel good not just for abs. 

Don’t be hard on yourself, be realistic with your goals & how you can manage them into your life.
