Optional equipment: 1-2kg dumbbells.

You’ll need a chair or table for your barre, pilates ball or light cushion & 1-2kg dumbbells (optional) and if you have, resistance bands.

You’ll need a chair for your barre, pilates ball or light cushion, light weights and yoga blocks. If you don’t have, all can be done without!
