Hi! I’m Buffi, creator of ROAR Fitness Health. I’ve been a personal trainer & group fitness instructor for 10 years. After a 15-years in the fashion industry, I made the decision to turn my passion into a career; you may recognise me from Project Runway Season 10!
A qualified Yoga, Barre and Personal trainer, Buffi created ROARbarre Fitness with you in mind. Creating safe at-home workouts that give you full-body strengthening workouts combined with high energy and fun sequences in only 30 minutes.

What is ROARbarre?
ROARbarre is a high energy at-home barre program. Fusing ballet-barre, bodyweight strengthening, cardio, stretch and yoga. With only a 30 minute commitment you can fit ROARbarre easily into your daily routine.
The workouts are both challenging and safe for all levels of fitness and have been designed to be done at home with little to no equipment.

30 DAY CHALLENGE
Ready to turn things up a notch? Commit to 30 Days of ROARbarre and create a healthy habit of daily movement today. Each day will vary from style, intensity and focus, with active recover and stretch days included, you will be giving your body what it needs in order to gain strength, mobility and flexibility.
In this 4 week program, you’ll be able to track your progress as the classes will be repeated. The program is structured into 5 workouts a week; Week 1 & Week 3 follow the same workouts, as does Week 2 & Week 4.
This is a great program that can be repeated, each time you revisit the classes, you can add additional weight, track your time and ability with the movements and see improvement – probably the best way to get that FEEL GOOD FEELING from working out!
