Over the 90 days, the course will vary each week with a different focus & style.  You mind & body will strengthen & adapt to these new principals

  • 3 different cycles of training

Here are the FEMALE FIT CHALLENGE guidelines:

1. Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 4-6 x a week following the Female Fit workouts, or for those that are members on our site, you can go for a pick-a-mix style from our ROARsome workout library.

The WORKOUT program:

FOLLOW THE FULL FEMALE FIT WORKOUT PROGRAM on our website OR here is a program you can follow if just going for free for now:

Monday: Full Body. 

Begin the week with a full body workout.

Tuesday: Upper Body Barre. 

Focus on your arms, chest, and & abs in this ROARbarre workout.

Wednesday: BARREfloor!

Perfect mid week pick-me-up with this strong BARREfloor workout!

Thursday: At the BARRE.

Let’s get to the barre ladies!  Tighten those legs and tone up your booty in this 30 min workout.

Friday: Mix it up!

I am giving you the chance to listen to your body, and checki with how you are feeling & what you need today.  Pick 1-2 X workouts from our Youtube channel. Remember the goal is to keep moving! 

Saturday:

Fun day! Either try out #CircuitBARRE with me or enjoy 30-45minutes of any type of cardio you choose!  Run, dance, swim, bike. 

Sunday:

Rest day, woop woop! Day off from me, my meal plans & my workouts!
